We’re always happy to answer any questions you may have about our products and services. Here are just a few common bits of information we get asked regularly from our customers to help you out today.

We can usually provide an accurate estimate without the need for a site visit by reviewing your submitted photos and sketches.
Once the initial estimate is accepted, we then arrange for a site survey prior to manufacture, if the job requires it.
If you would prefer not to place an enquiry remotely and require an on-site consultation, please contact us so we can advise on the process
Our quoted prices do not include delivery unless clearly stated. Collections are preferred where possible.
Our packing and courier options vary depending on the size and value of the order. Please advise if you require your order to be delivered and we will advise of your options.
We do not post anything too large for a letterbox.
We aim to respond to all enquiries during the same working day. (If you have not had a reply to your enquiry, please check your junk mail and add us to your safe senders list if applicable)
Small basic sign orders are usually supplied in 1-2 working days.
Larger basic sign orders are usually supplied in 5 working days.
Larger fabricated signs (trays etc) are usually supplied in 10 working days.
If we are fitting, please add approx. 5 working days to the manufacturing time.
Most print orders are supplied in 3-5 working days.
We can usually book vehicles in within 10 working days, and will always complete a vehicle during the same working day.
If you have a particular deadline or require something at very short notice, please do get in touch and we’ll see if we can accommodate it.
Payment is required at the time of the order being placed, unless otherwise agreed.
We prefer payment by BACS / bank transfer, we also accept card payments.
We are not able to accept cheques.
We often provide an initial mock up or rough design with a first estimate to help illustrate the proposal. No further design work is undertaken until an order is placed or artwork is paid for.
